Why we’re photographing some homes now for winter listings.
This fall, we’ve already completed seasonal photography for three homes in Branford, Hamden, and Madison, even though none of them will be coming to market until winter.
Why photograph a home months before it’s listed? Because some opportunities don’t wait. Connecticut’s fall colors only last for a brief window, and once the leaves are down, that backdrop is gone until next year. By scheduling exterior and aerial photography now, we can capture these homes at their absolute best and save those images for when the properties are ready to launch.
We’ll return later for interior photography once each homeowner has completed their preparations.
It means an extra trip and additional coordination on our part, but it’s one of the many ways we help our clients think ahead. Great marketing doesn’t always start the day a home hits the market. In many cases, the work begins weeks or even months earlier, with careful preparation and a thoughtful strategy designed to maximize a home’s appeal when buyers first see it. Capturing fall photography for homes that will be listed this winter is just one example of how planning ahead can make a difference.
As always, we’re just a phone call away if you’d like to talk through your plans, whether your move is right around the corner or still months away.
