Pam Kirkby is the co-leader of the Forevermore Homes Team of Coldwell Banker Realty, alongside her partner, Kathy Moniello. Together, they help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with expert guidance, thoughtful strategy, and a low-stress approach. Before becoming a Realtor®, Pam built a distinguished career in community corrections, where she earned the respect of judges, attorneys, law enforcement professionals, and the individuals and families she served. A former Probation Officer and national public relations leader, she developed exceptional skills in negotiation, advocacy, communication, and problem-solving. Today, those same strengths help her guide clients through complex transactions while protecting their interests every step of the way.

A consistent top-producing agent recognized for both sales performance and outstanding customer service, Pam has extensive experience with luxury homes, condominiums, first-time homebuyers, veterans, and commercial real estate. Her background in condominium association management provides valuable insight into one of the most complex segments of the housing market.

She is actively involved in several organizations that support older adults and their families, including the Shoreline Eldercare Alliance, Orchard House of Branford, ACAP (Adult Children of Aging Parents), and local senior care networks.
