She holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Connecticut, providing a strong foundation in market analysis, pricing strategy, and negotiation. Kathy also brings decades of experience in insurance, risk management, and sales management—background that has strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, anticipate challenges, and guide clients through complex decisions with confidence.
Kathy has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designations, a unique combination that allows her to support clients holistically—addressing both real estate decisions as well as the long‑term housing, safety, and lifestyle considerations that shape their future.
She is the author of a number of workbooks including Housing and Care Decisions Today: Shaping Your Quality of Life for Tomorrow and Selling Your Home with Confidence and Peace of Mind. These guides help clients plan transitions, evaluate retirement living options, and navigate the emotional and practical steps of selling a longtime home.
Kathy serves on the Advisory Board for Shoreline Village, supporting programs that help older adults remain independent and connected. She also serves on the Board of The Patient Is U, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening compassionate, relationship‑centered care, and is part of the leadership team for the Shoreline Area Senior Network. She provides educational programs throughout the state to help older adults and families make informed decisions about housing and care.
