Kathy is the founder of Forevermore Homes and leads the Forevermore Homes Team of Coldwell Banker.
She has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Connecticut. This strong educational background helps her understand market dynamics and strategic marketing, which she uses to position her team and services effectively in the real estate market.
Kathy has extensive experience in sales management with a large bank-owned insurance and risk management company. She also owned and ran a successful sales training and consulting company. This diverse experience has sharpened her skills in client relations, operations, and team leadership, making her well-suited for her role.
Kathy holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtors and the Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. These credentials help her and her team assist seniors in transition, guiding them in making informed decisions about their retirement living options. Her expertise ensures that seniors receive compassionate and comprehensive support throughout their real estate journey.
Kathy is also an active member of the leadership committee of the Shoreline Area Senior Network. She brings together professionals who serve seniors for education and networking. Additionally, she offers free educational programs on essential topics at area senior centers, showing her commitment to empowering seniors with valuable information and resources.
Kathy lives in Guilford with her husband Scott and their dogs, Sasha and Ranger.
