Kathleen Moniello

MBA, SRES, CAPS

President

A career in real estate, insurance management, and financial services sales preceded Kathleen's certification as an Age in Place Specialist and the launch Forevermore Homes. This multifaceted business background gives Kathleen an acuity for organization and complex transactions. On the Connecticut Shoreline, she earned the reputation of a real estate “advocate” who truly cares and collaborates. She comes with an esteemed network of service providers and contractors, and her team-based approach transforms the stress that many people feel when buying and selling a home into enthusiasm and client success. Kathleen also utilizes an architectural program that creates beautiful 3D renderings of home redesign and renovation. In collaboration with her clients, Kathleen can bring design dreams into reality.

As a Certified Age in Place Specialist (CAPS), Kathleen's focus is on building relationships and achieving goals. With so many moving parts to real estate and age in place planning, Kathleen offers her clients a proven process, extensive market knowledge, and a genuine spirit of diplomacy. Her goal is to empower clients with the information they need to make important decisions about their property, then sets the process in motion with professionals she knows and trusts.

Kathleen's clients especially love working with Forevermore Homes' loyal assistant Sasha, a little yellow lab who never fails to bring a smile with her wagging tail and funny antics.

Bio

Home, Kathleen excelled in residential real estate, insurance management, and sales consultation. She is a devoted community member who volunteers at the Guilford Department of Social Services and the Guilford Human Service Network.
